Ceramic
I work in stoneware clay and hand build my pieces using the coiling technique. I use coloured slips for a matt surface.
I enjoy the challenging nature of both the material I work in and building complex structures, which despite their apparent fragility and complicated contours, must hold their own shape.
All ceramic sculptures are unique.
